Thank you for choosing to be a part of this year's conference. If you register prior to May 25, 2005, you can take advantage of AHECTA's Early Bird registration.

Rates for those who register after that date, will increase by $50.00 . There are no refunds after May 23, 2005.

Registration costs and fees are as follows:

Member rate $350
Non-Member rate $525

Conference Registration and 1 new 2005 membership in AHECTA (valid through December 2005)
Institutional $525
Corporate (not exhibiting) $625

Exhibitor : Conference Registration for one (1) person plus one 10' x 10' Exhibit Booth
Member rate $925
New Member rate $1,200 (includes 1 new 2005 membership in AHECTA valid through December 2005)
Non-Member rate $1,550

Registration for Exhibition is FULL. We are NO LONGER accepting exhibitors this year.

Exhibitor : Double Booth rate (fees are in addition to the applicable Exhibitor registration noted above)
AHECTA Member/New Member rate +$450
Non member rate +$600

Note to Exhibitors: The Exhibitor registration fees include full conference registration for one person. Additional individuals attending on behalf of the exhibitor must be registered (and pay for) an additional Conference Registration Only at the member rate. Exhibitors are welcome, invited and encouraged to attend any and all conference sessions, meals and special events that are included with conference registration .

In addition to attending conference sessions, your conference registration fee covers :

• All meals from Sunday evening's reception and dinner through Wednesday morning's breakfast.
• Refreshments during all scheduled breaks
• All planned evening events, Sunday through Tuesday night, including dinners, entertainment and transportation

Exhibits only and meals only registration options are not available.
