AHECTA Membership Referral Program
To grow our membership, AHECTA would like to offer our current members an opportunity and a small incentive to assist the organization in recruiting new institutional and corporate members.
AHECTA's membership is truly representative of its greatest resource. The shared knowledge and experiences of our colleagues benefits both new and existing members. With your assistance, you can help AHECTA further develop and expand those resources with each new member to the association.
As a small token of AHECTA's appreciation for your support and efforts, we are offering a $25.00 incentive for each new member referral.
How the Referral Process Works:
Our daily operations and communications afford us the unique opportunity to interact with new colleagues and business representatives focused on many of the same technology initiatives. In those interactions, make a connection by mentioning your AHECTA involvement and the benefits of association. For each new member referred, you will receive a $25 AMEX gift card courtesy of AHECTA.
A new member must put the name of the person who referred them, along with their institution or corporate name, on the new member application within the designated referral field.
With a verified referral and dues payment by the new member, the referring member will be contacted by AHECTA for acknowledgement and coordination of receiving the offered gift card, as our thanks.
As a resource to current and prospective members, AHECTA's Membership page includes additional information on organizational dues, applications for membership and renewal, and a printable promotional brochure about the AHECTA organization.
Qualifications for Referral Incentive:
- The current AHECTA referral incentive program will run until August 31, 2010.
- Members receiving the referral incentive must be in good standing with current AHECTA dues paid.
- Individuals are responsible for knowing their institutional or corporate policies for receiving gifts.
- If the offered gift card incentive cannot be accepted, arrangements will be made with the referring member to discount a future conference registration.
- New members should only specify one person in the "referred by" field.
- In the case of more than one referral by a new member, AHECTA will honor the first identified written name on the new member's dues application.
